Our team of engineers are experienced in shallow geotechnical investigations.
Our geotechnical services include:
- Hand auger testing up to 4.0m below ground level to determine the soil make-up on site. This provides the designers and contractors with an understanding of the expected behaviour of the ground conditions on site.
- Scala penetrometer testing up to 4.0m below ground level to determine the strength of the soil and the depth required for new foundation works.
- Where soil conditions require further specialist design input, we engage with specialist geotechnical engineers to provide additional input and approval for the proposed foundation designs.
